The college has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. The hostel is quite spacious and comfortable with well furnished, self-contained and fully maintained rooms. All the rooms have been designed to provide adequate moving space and ample air and light. All the rooms come with basic amenities like bed, table, chair, small cupboard and electronics fitting.
A recreation hall with facilities for indoor games like Chess, Carom encourages students to make good use of their leisure time.
The College provides standard mess facility with Good quality and nutritious food for students. A large modern kitchen with hygienic cooking is attached to the mess hall. Food preparation under the direct supervision of the mess committee comprising of management, faculty and student representative.
The Canteen at MRK Degree College is highly hygienic and it caters to the needs of healthy and nutritious eatables. Junk foods are a big no in the canteen. Fresh fruits and juices are also available in the canteen.
The Department considers practical work as a very important part of the curriculum. The Physics labs provide the opportunity to gain insight into some of the basic principles of physics.

The department has well stocked state of art laboratory covering basic concepts in various sub-disciplines of chemistry (physical, inorganic, organic).
The department is adequately equipped with the latest instruments known and required to carry out modern day chemistry. The students are provided a comprehensive practical exposure to the various instrumental techniques required for their research. A team of highly qualified faculty from IITs and other universities form the backbone of the Department.
COMPUTING FACILITY
The institute is equipped with sophisticated computer labs with high quality Dual Core 2.70 GHz machines from HCL. Printers and scanners are provided in each and every lab and each computer is connected with high speed dedicated 32 mbps 1:1 bandwidth. All computer labs are connected with 24 Hrs uninterrupted power supply.
Internet Connectivity
All computers are connected with dedicated 32 mbps 1:1 bandwidth internet. The internet connectivity with campus wide area networking enables access from anywhere. Internet is extended to Hostel with Wi-Fi Connectivity.

The campus wide area network is spread over all the institutions connecting all the service points. The whole campus is provided with the facility of Wi-Fi.
Games are an integral part of learning. To infuse the students with a team spirit and channelize their energy into fruitful accomplishments.
