Management is a universal phenomenon. It is a very popular and widely used term. All organizations – business, political, cultural or social are involved in management because it is the management which helps and directs the various efforts towards a definite purpose. According to Harold Koontz, “Management is an art of getting things done through and with the people in formally organized groups. It is an art of creating an environment in which people can perform and individuals and can co-operate towards attainment of goals.
Management department comprises of various well qualified faculty member, who are involved in teaching students and provide human value for the society and business.
Bedsides university course, we incorporate various other industry dependent parameters by imparting the necessary knowledge, skill, attitude and personality to shape our students to meet present and future business needs.
The department also provides practical knowledge about uses and application of computers in business management. It provides knowledge about e- commence and how to sell, how to sell and buy products on-line. Computer application emphasizes on the use of DBMS in business organizations.
At MRKIET we believe that imparting the knowledge to the students is the process of giving them skills, vision and wisdom of their overall development apart from giving them a lesson in management.
