By implementing the barcode and UPI system, MRK College aims to enhance transparency, accuracy, and speed in fee transactions. This digital approach eliminates the risks associated with cash transactions and minimizes the chances of errors or discrepancies. Furthermore, it provides students with a convenient and secure mode of payment.
We are confident that this new fee payment system will bring about positive changes and improve the overall student experience at MRK College. We appreciate your cooperation and encourage you to make the most of these technological advancements to streamline your fee payments.

Terms and Conditions for Online Fee Submission:-
  • The Institute is not responsible for the online transaction charges, as it is not a part of the fee. The following charges however shall be applicable: Debit Cards/Net Banking/Credit Cards: As applicable.
  • The fee deposited through Debit Cards/Net Banking/Credit Cards/UPI will normally reach the account after 24 hours. It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to ensure that the fee is deposited well in time. College shall not be responsible for any unsettled fee payment due to any unforeseen reasons. The College also shall not be responsible, if the payment is refused or declined by the candidate's debit/credit/UPI supplier for any unforeseen reasons.
  • We strongly advise candidates to submit the fee through offline or online payment mode much before the deadline.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
  • Technical Issue: In case of any technical issue due to which the fee payment gets deducted from the payer's account and does not show on our official ERP, however, if the payment gateway service clearly mentions the confirmed settlement, the institute shall manually submit the payment in our ERP in about 7-10 working days working days for the payment to be credited in the Institute's account.
  • Multiple Payments Case: In case of double payment occurrence and the payment gateway service clearly mentions it, the Institute shall adjust refund the payment after the account has been received with the fee. This again should take 9-12 working days for the payment to be sent back to the payer's account or the Institute can adjust the additional fee to the neat month/semester year fee as per the candidate's requests.
  • Other Payments Case: In all other payment-related cases where there is a discrepancy in the fee payment, the parent has to directly contact the Institute and the Institute's decision would be final.

Note:(जिन छात्रों ने गेटवे के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन फीस का भुगतान किया है। उन छात्रों से अनुरोध है कि वे 24 घंटे के बाद अकाउंट विभाग से जाकर अपनी भुगतान रसीद प्राप्त कर लें)
(Students who have paid online fees through gateway. Those students are requested to go and get their payment receipt from the account department after 24 hours.)
